These yoga mats will be used for yoga AS WELL AS social distancing. For certain games, I can have them have their own area with the mat. My students need to get their energy out in a healthy way through play, but they also need to learn breathing and cool down methods during these anxiety-filled times.
We just started school and a hurricane is on it's way here. My students have had a lot going on as some depend on school for safety and food. I hope this will help them relax a little.
