In this project, I want to use stuffed animals as reading buddies. Adopting a reading buddy is a fun way to encourage my students to read both at home and in school. My students will practice reading fluency with their buddy without the fear of making mistakes. Students can also pull out the telephone and their books from the reading baggy during read to self time to listen to themselves read.
By donating to this project, you will help to improve my students' confidence in reading, and ultimately helps to increase their reading fluency.
