TPT Card: My students love debates, simulations, and activities. All of these will improve their experience and will be used for the rest of my career as a teacher.
We are ending our schoolyear learning about Asia, I want every student to have an experience of flying a kite like the great Chinese Kite Festivals we have read about. Students will also apply their knowledge of climate vs weather to forecast a good time for this event. I am so excited to see their faces as they fill the sky with color and apply their knowledge of culture, science, and geography in this experience. I hope to make this a yearly event at my school.
