I am a reading intervention teacher and my students are struggling with reading. My job is to help them accelerate their learning to catch up with their peers in literacy. I have hard copy books for students that are at varying levels as students progress. The problem is, I cannot get these texts in students' hands remotely. So, I want to use tech equipment and digital readers to share books with students and to demonstrate reading and writing strategies. The document camera helps me to demonstrate writing and spelling as well as share books. The webcam and microphone will help me demonstrate lessons, strategies, and allow me to discuss the learning with students. I would also like to use this equipment for parent support meetings.
