I have taught mostly Math and Science over my teaching career of seventeen years. I have personally provided my students with books to read in the classroom and at home. The current books I have are for the 3rd grade and above. These do not match a second grader's reading level. Currently, students can not check out books from the Library, therefore, they are not practicing reading. Please help me help my students by providing a classroom library of fiction, non-fiction and informational texts. My students have had to endure a great deal this year and will continue this pattern until Covid 19 is over.
