I want my students to be prepared for the world they live in. These exciting math tools will help build my students' experience with numbers at home. I will send home games for them to play with their parents and friends. They'll need the cards and mini Rekenreks for these games. I will add other tools such as number paths, ten frames, and dice to this take home math box. I am teaching my students to have resiliency and perseverance- which in class we call grit! They are adorable when they say it! We will use the chair bands which will help improve concentration and demonstrate grit. We will be using the white boards in class to enhance math learning.
