On the first day of school, after being away since March, my students were so happy and excited to be back. I got so many questions on what type of art we are going to make, what materials we will use...and this broke my heart. These wonderful students have been gone from school, doing virtual learning from their homes (or lack thereof) while in quarantine from Covid-19. They truly missed being in school, and missed being in Art. They are so full of creativity that I want to see come out and into the world!
Without Art we wouldn't have a way to express our emotions, and by donating to our supply list, you help ensure these students have the tools they need to freely express what they feel.
I want to make sure my students have the supplies necessary to have a fantastic Art class experience, and to let their creativity flow!
