Math will come alive with the addition of these books to our kindergarten classroom library. The books will allow me to actively engage and support my students' understanding of math concepts in a more meaningful way. These highly interactive stories will build the students' understanding and interest in the concepts taught.
Without stations and limited access to math manipulatives, finding new ways to engage the students will be a daily challenge. These books will help my students' love of math and reading grow. Making connections between math and reading is essential.
