My students will be expected to be attentive and focused for longer periods of time and will therefore need fun and exciting physical breaks that they can do at their assigned areas. That's how I came up with Yahoo Minds! The use of Yoga mats will provide my students the ability to move and increase their competencies in academics while increasing their self-esteem. By using yoga mats, my students will be able to reduce anxiety and tension along with increasing self-awareness. These yoga mats will be used daily to increase calmness, physical well-being and build a positive, safe learning environment.
