This year, my first graders will be learning both in person and remotely-hybrid style. I want my students to receive the best possible education and still have their passion for learning, whether we are at home learning or in the classroom together.
These supplies will help support my students for safe learning when we are in the classroom and provide hands on learning opportunities at home.
I have requested mesh bags to hold all of my students' individual supply kits filled with the requested scissors, whiteboard markers, sticky notes, mini erasers, and other added manipulatives to use at home. The individual small group whiteboard easel in my request will help my students be able to easily see what I am teaching in both learning environments.
When we are at school, we will be utilizing outdoor learning spaces to ensure healthy and safe airflow. The requested clipboards will be super helpful for my students to have a hard surface to write on when we are moving around outdoors.
Finally, my first graders LOVE to read and discuss big ideas. The four requested books will be great discussion starters on big feelings and expectations for remote and in person learning.
Anything you are able to donate, my students and I would greatly appreciate.
