I am looking to use the owl pellets to explore wildlife, physiology, structure and function. It will be easy for the students to do at home as we work through a hybrid schedule. Plus, they get to explore the skeletal remains of prey as they work through the dissection! A major project in our classroom will be incubating chicken eggs! I am excited to go through chick development with my animal science students. My Agriculture students will also work through dissections that will be manageable at home and in the classroom through the cow eye dissection lab. My goal as an educator is to give my students as many hands-on experience as I can, especially working within a hybrid experience.
