We have been in school for a week and we are worried about the impact this pandemic is going to have on us again this school year and especially on their education. All of my students have special needs and have an IEP. All my students will be starting school for the very first time. They are 3,4, or 5 years old and this will be their first school experience. Our students use play and hands on materials to engage themselves in their learning process. They will be experiencing learning about colors, shapes, letters, numbers, friends , songs and such through play . These tool kits will make a preschool experience more possible for our students. We will create take home learning kits for our students at our school in Sterling, Illinois. We know that young children learn best through play, hands on exploration and games and books
