It has been a weird time in Education, I have been teaching many years and can't remember a time our kids will need tools physically and emotionally as much as they will this year.
I am trying to help my students get their emotional, social, and educational needs met as best as I can this year. I have ordered the velcro spots to help students visually see where they need to stand. I have ordered books that will help my students to socialize and see each other for more than their outside. I have ordered the most expensive thing I have to provide in my own classroom and that is large sticky paper to create posters in my room.
Most of these items will be used not only physically in my classroom but also for those students who are at home learning as well.
