In order to continue running meaningful math recovery instruction, my students will need resources and materials such as whiteboards and ten frames with counters available to them to use in their home.
As we are starting this school year in a remote learning environment, every one of my students needs to be able follow along with direct guided instruction while participating in the group activities. These materials and resources will distributed for use at home. This project would also allow students to have their own materials available. They would no longer have to share, once we return to an in person model. The limited supplies that are currently available cannot be given to each and every household at this time. Students are assessed regularly to collect data and progress monitor in order to plan future instruction to achieve IEP goals.
