I want my students to be excited to practice the alphabet, letter sounds, counting and number recognition with innovative activity tools! The tools will enhance building skills using dominoes, base ten, magnetic letters and play-doh. All of these manipulative's will help the students learn their letters and secure their number knowledge. The materials I chosen will also help the students be able to be access the curriculum with hands-on tools that will support their 'sensory diets' - for example, hunting for magnetic letters in a lentil bin using pinchers (supporting their fine motor skills too).
Help my students avoid a dull mind and keep them curious with fun tools! These tools will have the students eager to learn and build excitement while exploring the alphabet or counting with numbers through practical and visual support.
