Scholastic subscription will tap into high-interest topics and meet the linguistic demands of my high school students at the same time. It is very challenging to find age-appropriate resources for lower proficiency High School English Language Learners. Scholastic is an ideal tool to support a wide range of reading levels and learning styles. What I love the most is the variety of digital resources: interactive skills sheets, videos, games, and multiple reading levels. Besides, it will foster academic language development and content comprehension.
I believe that access to Scholastic resources will be a game-changer and motivation booster for my ENL students during this very challenging academic year.
