My students love the art of storytelling. With these notebooks, they will be able to better explore their own personal stories, find ways to share their ideas, and eventually grow as writers. These notebooks will serve for a variety of purposes. My students will be asked to use the three sections of the notebook as a personal journal, creative writing exploration, and personal connections to text we are reading in the classroom. It is my hope to use these items to inspire a love of writing and encourage my students to share their story.

About my class
