Scholastic Magazines are a fun and interactive way for students to gain knowledge in science and social studies while simultaneously building their teamwork foundations. Choosing to receive the magazine in both print and digital will allow my classroom to continue learning in this enjoyable and interactive manner should we need to go remote due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It is my goal to keep as much routine and normalcy as possible in the delivery of my curriculum should my delivery method need to change.
I think it is essential to integrate art into our curriculum as this will enhance their social, emotional, language, and motor skills. The Cricut machine is an amazing piece of art technology that will allow my class to take what we learn in our Scholastic Magazines and create art projects like their own classroom magazine and memory books.
