I am a new special education teacher, and my new classroom is currently uninviting and colorless. The wall is currently covered in black paper, and there’s isn’t any comfortable seating. I am hoping to create an eye-catching, colorful, inviting, and comfortable classroom to inspire my students to want to be actively involved in their new learning environment. Creating an environment that is warm and inviting is important to me, and it is vital to my student’s education because creativity and learning will be easier for students in an environment that has homey features.

About my class
