As a visual arts specialist teaching fine arts, I have the joy of teaching imaginative high school students in a creative learning environment. They express themselves beyond the spoken and written word through their manipulation of art mediums. It's exciting to see students investigate the use of materials, processes, and ideas as I encourage them to grow artistically. They are unique in their approach and I'm proud of them for their willingness to reach beyond their comfort level and share their expressive artworks.
