Student athletes that work as hard as these do deserve to be rewarded with needed equipment in order to succeed.
The jump rope, cones, and resistance bands will aid in speed, power, coordination, and footwork skills. All theses skills will help the student athletes excel in the classroom, courts, and fields of play.
The class is based off the BFS system, or bigger faster stronger system. We will lift weights and perform core exercises on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. On Tuesdays and Thursdays we will perform speed, conditioning, plyometric, and agility work. All these workout will help create a better student athlete.
