My students are currently doing distance-learning from home. 91% of them borrow instruments from the school, and our supply budget is limited. Many of my brass students are unable to practice frequently, if at all, due to homes filled with family of all ages, and with apartments close by. Unfortunately, their instruments are deemed as just 鈥渢oo loud.鈥 My students would typically stay after school to practice on campus, but that is no longer an option. These brass mutes will enable my students to practice in their homes without the fear of disturbing those near. The mutes will continue to be of great use even as we return to Traditional Learning. Please help my brass students to keep the music alive during the Pandemic!
