Many of my students have not stepped into a classroom in over eighteen months. One of my goals is to create a safe and welcoming environment when the students come back to school.
I am requesting hooks, a pencil sharpener, charging cables and more. All of these materials will help students throughout their day. As my students juggle with their textbooks and other supplies, the amount of materials they have to carry drastically increases. The hooks will be helpful when the students need extra room to keep their backpacks full of school supplies and jackets safe and out of the way. Other materials such chargers will help the students keep their phones and other electronic equipment charged and ready to go. It is these small things that make a big difference!
