My students will really be learning! They will be watching erosion in action as marbles and water wear away at chalk. They will be measuring the temperature of ice melting in a variety of ways with the thermal temperature guns. They will be creating electrical circuits with the alligator clips, they will be examining phenomena close up with their magnifying glasses, and more. My students will be able to get their hands on the materials. Rather than just sitting and listening about their world, they will be able to explore and discover their world in a hands-on class experience.
