Keeping the library material fresh and relevant is important when engaging students. I want to help my students be able to experience the latest literature. Students can enjoy these adventures from home while distance learning as well as in the actual library when we return. The collection is developed to ensure a variety of material is selected that reflects the diversity of the school and nation and is available at all levels of difficulty to enrich and support the school curriculum with varying viewpoints. The flexible seating will be available when students return to help with social distancing as well as for engagement during activities. The key to libraries today is having flexible areas where students can feel free to collaborate, create, research, and innovate. These materials will be available to the entire school population of over 500 students.
