These mats will help students create a peaceful and mindful experience in PE class. The mats will help the students be comfortable in their own space. It will also help them get an experience that they have never been able to have before. It helps to have one per student to help with cleanliness and space for each student to have their own experience on their mat. I would love to be able to teach yoga to my students in PE to help calm their minds in a stressful world.
