I plan to create math manipulative and tool kits for all of my fifth graders. They deserve to have access to the supports that are provided in the school building. Almost every math lesson is built upon students having an hands on understanding of the material. The donations for this project will be given directly to students to enhance hands on math at home. I believe in order for my students to build connections, think critically, and develop their understanding within mathematical concepts they need something concrete to start with.

About my class
