With Covid going on, students can no longer share materials. My students require a lot of sensory support to help them get balanced, calm, and focus. Without the help of figits and other small stimulus items, they can not focus on academics. Some of the sensory items like the twist pencils teach students how to grasp a pencil and help them gain strength in their fine motor skills. As a teacher, I need your help ensuring each student gets their own set of sensory items needed. I buy all of the sensory items for my classroom, but usually the kids are allowed to share. With no sharing of items allowed, it makes supplying sensory items in my classroom expensive. Its not a want, but a necessity for these exceptional students. My love of special needs kids, and them reaching the best potential for success makes me passionate about getting them the much needed tools for them. Thank you!
