These supplies will help keep our students engaged once the virtual school bell rings at the end of the school day. We are continuing our after school program virtually and want to keep our program the same as if we were on campus.
Our teacher creates unique arts and craft lessons for our students. She has a knack for the arts, literacy, and Social Emotional Learning. Our students love taking her class and keep their art work and reflect on their projects months and even years later.
One of my all time favorite crafts of hers is from a lesson she did during our Texas themed summer camp. Along with colorful bluebonnets, she had our students make armadillos and use elbow macaroni as their scales. How innovative is that? We are so lucky to have her teach our craft class.
