I plan on using this iPad to create content and interact with my students. We have completely online learners, and we also have in-person learners who will have eight online days this semester.
The device I received from my school when I started is now too old to work with applications like Canvas, Zoom, or PowerSchool, which are all preferred methods of instruction, and I want to create meaningful lessons for all of my students. I cannot do any grading at home or interact with my students outside of when I am at my desktop. My alternative class isn't in my classroom, so I do not have a portable device during that class at all.
I cannot record lessons of me at the board for my students because the camera on my desktop will not turn to see the board, and I can't move my desk because of the outlets.
