Our district has gone 100% virtual in the face of Coronavirus. While the district has provided devices for students, they did not provide devices for students in K-2. Please help our school get compatible keyboards for our students!
We are expected to have students use the chat bar in our platform, but the virtual keyboard takes up nearly the whole screen! It is very inconvenient for our kids to try to answer problems on a Power Point when the on screen keyboard takes up nearly the whole screen.
All we want is for our students to be able to succeed. Please help us to get our kids what they need for virtual learning. These keyboards will be shipped to the school and tagged as school property before being loaned for students to use at home. When students return to the building the keyboards will come back to the school and be used along with school owned devices for digital learning in the classroom.
