I work in a small rural community. With new expectations we are trying our best to teach our students to be more adaptive. Our districts lack of updated technology makes it difficult to incorporate technology within a classroom on a regular basis.
Computers would give my students a chance to explore different ways of learning. Our classrooms currently have iPads that are unable to support most apps we need the students to learn to use, such as google classroom, freckle, or seesaw. This makes it difficult to try to prepare kids for expectations where technology is involved.
