We strive to give our students opportunities to replicate the experiences they would typically have in our school setting. Even though we can only meet with them online, supplying them with hands on resources elevates the educational experience. The donations for this project will directly help our students have access to some of the activities and experiential learning we provide in our classroom. In order for our young students to meet the developmental milestones of this age group it is vital to provide activities that promote creativity, self control and independence (to name a few). Although children grow and develop at their own pace we can use these donations to encourage language development, large and small motor skills, eye hand coordination, and social and emotional development.
