Movement in children can help increase memory, perception, language, attention, emotion and decision making. It is important that all young children are physically active every day.
Our children are unable to share the equipment on our school playground due to Coronavirus. They need individual toys, as they are not allowed to share. We have been going on walks, playing movment games, and using sidewalk chalk as our outdoor activities. I would like to provide our young learners with more opportunities for movement and fun! Balls, jump ropes, hopscotch, and other outdoor toys and equipment will provide them with more variety and engagement in their outdoor play.
