Because our school is located in a big city in New York, my students are unable to come to school and have to learn remotely each day. This is difficult for older children, but especially difficult for three, four and five year olds. While doing live instruction with my students, I have noticed that they are struggling to see to the materials I'm attempting to share. A document camera will allow me to share books and other materials in a way that will be large enough for them to see. When the students return to school in person, I will be able to use it to share students' work from a distance or even give them to opportunity to share their own work. Additionally, I will be able to record video, and create editable PDF files which will enhance my daily lessons.
