The students that are incarcerated have a lot of time on their hands and learn to love to read. As we all know, reading is so important and by obtaining new and exciting books for them, I can inspire them to want more.
I want them to love to learn. I want them to be able to be transported to a different environment through books. I want them needing more. There's a whole world out there. Help me give my students a reprieve from their realities. Reading will open up a new world for them.
Please consider helping out. These children are so worth it. Thank you so much.
