Without question, all students learn differently. Not every student is made to conform to traditional classroom procedures. Asking a child to sit still, at their desk, for eight hours or more, is not a realistic expectation for each student. Through preferential seating, I am providing students with the opportunity to create a learning environment they feel best fits their needs. When students are focused in a way that addresses their style, their opportunity for learning is endless.
