This year I have to go into the classroom and teach physical education. I am looking for new and fun ways to stay active in class. These step aerobic platforms will help me and my students stay active during their physical education period. The students will be using the step aerobic platforms to work on their cardio, balance, steps and maintaining six feet apart. The platform is adjustable for different abilities. We all look forward to these boards to have fun. For the older students we will count how many steps we can take in one period.
