In my social studies class, we create a "Passport" interactive notebook over the entire course of the year. This "passport" is where we keep track of our journey throughout all the regions of the world. We create foldables for our notes and also do activities within these interactive notebooks. At the end of the year, their books will be completely filled with timelines, pull outs, foldables, etc. of all the content we covered, hence, the "passport" aspect. It is a reference they can keep that they can look back on and remember all the different places around the world we studied during the school year.
