I am in my third year of teaching and second in my own classroom. After my first year with a room, all of my materials were thrown away by the custodians in my building, so I'm in the process of building my room back from the ground up.
Help me help my kids to learn and to be better. I am big on using primary sources in my teaching, and any donations will help go towards my finding more sources to use- both physical copies and digital ones. As a learning outcome, I want my students to be able to decipher forms of information successfully, and I believe that using primary sources from different times helps to teach them how to digest that information more efficiently.
I greatly appreciate anything and everything sent my way no matter how small... it has a place in my room. With a more welcoming learning environment, kids will better learn and be more comfortable.
