Teaching Chinese is not easy, especially given the fact that the writing system is so different from that in English. Having an apple pencil will help me give more detailed instruction when teaching students writing. Also, an apple pencil will make it easier for me to give student feedback. Since right now everything has been moved online, it is really difficult for teachers to give student feedback on their Chinese learning. With the Pencil, however, I will be able to write in Chinese characters. In this way, I can demonstrate how to handwrite some of the characters. It also allows me to give student instant feedback during online class instruction.
