Each monitor is set to provide SPECIFIC information for the user. For example, correct heart rate zones based on resting heart rate and age. The armband models are so much easier for students to use and don't involve chest straps and watches like the floating sets available in our district. Students using these monitors will be able to view on the LARGE TV SCREEN/ WHITEBOARD their heart rate zones in real time using colors to enhance intensity levels. They will also receive detailed information post workouts to share how they did!
