These texts will be used to fill my leveled classroom library. They will be organized by level and genre to give students an authentic library experience and help provide them with choice in their reading. Due to Covid-19, students have not been able to visit the regular school library and have missed valuable experiences engaging with books. Students will be given time weekly to check out books from our library to read at school and have the opportunity to check them out and take them home. They will practice their reading comprehension by taking Accelerated Reader quizzes which will be incentivized with classroom rewards to encourage student reading.
