Many of my students have ADHD and other disabilities and the bands, sensory items, and seating will allow them to wobble, rock, bounce, lean, or stand, making it easier for them to focus and making them less of a distraction to the other children and to themselves.
These items will help the children to stay on tasks longer with less distractions so that they can learn in the least restrictive environment. If I was able to receive these items it would help the children to meet the ultimate goal to become high performers.
About my class
