We started our novel study of Treasure Island last week with pre-reading discussion and activities. Once a week, I will read three chapters a day on Zoom, asking questions after each chapter. They will also have an interactive journal to write their answers and do activities in.
I have science experiements dealing with Newton's three laws of motion that I will be presenting on Zoom. These are hands-on projects that parents can do at home like a ping-pong ball popper and a zoom ball. However, my students need to see me do these projects and give instructions.
