These supplies (art materials, books, pens and colored pencils, folders, fidgets, and snacks) will be packaged into take-home backpacks for our Day Treatment high school students.
Because our students are all at least partially learning remotely, they are dramatically disconnected from the school and its services in a way that is very difficult for them to manage. These take-home kits will provide a connection to our classroom and programming, tools to learn from home, and tools to manage strong emotions while at home.
We hope that these kits will increase participation in on-line learning and increase emotional health at home for our high school students.
