Standards: MUSIC.M.9.P Play/perform pitches on the soprano recorder demonstrating correct fingering, proper tone production, articulation, and tonguing. The many students at my school are not able to purchase a recorder and with Covid-19 restrictions and concerns are less willing to use a school sanitized recorder. Combined with school-generated funds, this project will allow the school to get recorders into the hands of all of our 3rd - 5th graders. In addition, this will create an opportunity for unity and growth as all students can make music at school and home.
