Concrete learning is so important in the process to be able to understand the abstract lessons. I use manipulatives and task boxes daily to enhance the lessons for my students. My students love games, clip cards, and puzzles! My SPED lessons are enhanced by repetition and lesson growth! Each student has different needs, so we differentiate and encompass all learning. I love reading books with the kids, and hearing their projections for the stories, and then hearing them read to each other! Building those skills now will help them succeed later on!
