We are trying to show that good and kind behavior will be rewarded. Students will get "Kind Kash" when they are caught being good. When they earn enough "Kash", they will be able to come to the school store and redeem it for the things they would like to "buy."
Sometimes we focus on the negative behavior and this is our chance to change that and reward the positive behavior. Showing kids that if you go out of your way to do something for someone or for the school, then that behavior will be rewarded.
