I want to be able to maintain a collection that inspires students to read more, whether it be fiction or nonfiction. If they read more, they will become more proficient readers which will raise their scores and their confidence.
Many of my materials are outdated or have been lost due to COVID-19 and need to be replaced. While public libraries keep materials for decades, school libraries need to evolve and adapt to the students' needs in order to stay relevant to them as a source of information and entertainment.
About my class
